Vasileios Mygdalis
Co-Founder
Dr. Vasileios Mygdalisis a senior research associate specialized in Machine Learning. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2019) and has been awarded a Marie Sklodowska-Curie postdoctoral research fellow (MSCA-PF) at the Marketing Research Group, University of Antwerp. Vasileios has participated in 9 R&I collaborative projects funded by the European Union, executing research, integration, technical/financial management and administrative duties. He has (co-)authored more than 60 peer-reviewed papers in academic journals and international conferences. His research interests span machine learning, computer vision, Trustworthy AI, attention-based marketing and robotic perception.
Ioannis Mademlis
Co-Founder
Dr. Ioannis Mademlis is a computer scientist, specialized in machine learning and computer vision. He received a Ph.D. from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2018. He was an adjunct professor of machine learning at the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece, in 2022-23. Currently, he is an adjunct professor of computer vision at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He has participated in 6 European Union-funded, international, collaborative R&I projects, bridging academia and industry (FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe). He has co-authored approximately 70 publications in peer-reviewed academic journals and international conferences. His research interests span machine learning, computer vision, autonomous robotics and human-computer interaction.
